Farewell Stockhausen

Karl Heinz Stockhausen

German composer Karl-Heinz Stockhausen - considered the “father of electronic music” and consequently one of the most important composers of our time - died on the morning of December 5th, 2007 in Kürten, Nord-Rhein Westfahlen. Stockhausen was one of the first to use electronic production methods, instruments and experimentation in music. You can read more about his life and work on this Wikipedia Page.
